flInfo (ULONG)

      An array of bits that indicate additional information about the resource.

      Information flag bit definitions:

      NET_AUTHENTICATED(0x00000001)

        The user is authenticated.
      NET_MUST_AUTHENTICATE(0x00000002)
        Authentication is required.
      NET_MUST_CONNECT(0x00000004)
        Connection is required.
