This interface is used by metric providers and consumers. dciTerminate allows DCI implementations to know when an application is ending a series of DCI transactions. This interface allows the DCI implementation to perform implementation specific termination. Conversely, dciInitialize is used to perform implementation specific initializations. This function resets the dciInitialize variable in the task's address space.
