This parameter can also have the following values:
0L
SEM_IMMEDIATE_RETURN
DosRequestMutexSem returns immediately without blocking the calling thread.
-1L
SEM_INDEFINITE_WAIT
DosRequestMutexSem blocks the calling thread indefinitely.
