A value that indicates whether pvFile points to a handle or to an ASCIIZ name.

Possible values are shown in the following list:

• ENUMEA_REFTYPE_FHANDLE
  Handle of a file.

• ENUMEA_REFTYPE_PATH
  ASCIIZ name of a file or subdirectory.
