A bit mask with the following bit definition:

Power Management State
All other bits are reserved and must be 0.

If the Power Management State (bit 0) is set (value=1), then Power Management support is currently enabled. If the Power Management State is reset (value=0), then Power Management support is currently disabled.

Note: The Power Management subsystem interfaces remain available even when the support has been disabled (by way of the Send Power Event IOCtl). However, the status data returned in the other Parameter Packet fields for this request might not contain meaningful data values.
