This function returns the actual bank setting if the adapter is identified as one of the supported SVGA adapters. Refer to SCREENDD_SVGA_ID to determine the video adapter configuration. If this is not a supported SVGA adapter, the IOCtl returns 0 as the bank field value.

This function should be called by an application only while it owns the video display hardware (running in the foreground).
