This function will set the bank only if the adapter is identified as one of the supported SVGA adapters. Refer to SCREENDD_SVGA_ID to determine the video adapter configuration. If this is not a supported SVGA adapter, the IOCtl returns a successful completion code without affecting the hardware.

This function should be called by an application only while it owns the video display hardware (running in the foreground).
