Indicates whether GPI, or AVIO local identifiers, or both are to be returned.

Valid ranges are:

LCID_RANGE_GPI

GPI
LCID_RANGE_AVIO
AVIO
LCID_RANGE_BOTH
GPI and AVIO
LCID_AVIO_1, LCID_AVIO_2, and LCID_AVIO_3 represent AVIO sets of 1, 2, and 3.
