pszComputerName (PSZ) - input

Name of the computer on which to disable the spooler.

This value currently must be NULL to disable the local spooler.

pReserved (PVOID) - input

Must be NULL. Reserved for future use.

rc (ULONG) - returns

Return codes.

  An invalid buffer given.
  PMERR_SPL_SPOOLER_NOT_INSTALLED(0x4009)
  The spooler is not enabled.
