ulCommand (ULONG)

Command value describing pInData if PD_RESPONSE is set.

If PD_RESPONSE is not set, ulCommand should be set to FFFFFFFF.

Note: The ulCommand field is only set for informational purposes. If the protocol converter does not know which command the data was from, it can set ulCommand to 0 (zero).
