Indicates allocation status.

The valid values are as follows:

VRAM_ALLOCATE

0x0001; indicates allocation
VRAM_DEALLOCATE
0x0002; indicates deallocation
VRAM_QUERY
0x0003; returns maximum memory size available at time of call
