      Device-specific event code. The following event notification codes are currently defined:

      MCI_MIXEVENT

        A mixer attribute has changed.

      usDeviceID (USHORT)

        Device ID.

      pEventData (PVOID)

        Device-specific event data structure.

      ulReserved (ULONG)

        Zero. Reserved value.
