rc (ULONG) - returns

      Return codes indicating success or type of failure. For information about DOS File errors, see ulErrorRet in MMIOINFO.

      MMIO_SUCCESS

        If the function succeeds, 0 is returned.
      MMIO_ERROR
        Unable to determine the FOURCC of the IOProc.
      MMIOERR_INVALID_PARAMETER
        An invalid parameter was passed.
