This message is sent to an I/O procedure to request that all subsequent mmioWrite calls insert data at the current seek position rather than overwriting the data.

This parameter is not used.

This parameter is not used.

rc (ULONG)

Return codes indicating success or failure:

MMIO_SUCCESS

The file is in insert mode.
MMIO_ERROR
An error code is returned.
