      PMERR_SOMDD_IS_ACTIVE (0x1058)
        The DSOM daemon has been started by the Workplace Shell process and is active and running; therefore, it cannot be started again.
      PMERR_SOMDD_NOT_STARTED (0x1059)
        The DSOM daemon failed to start. It might be active in another process.
