The identifier of the field to which the text string is being added. The
identifier can be one of the following:
FNTI_FAMILYNAME
The text string is an addition
to the family name combination box.
FNTI_STYLENAME
The text string is an addition to the style combination
box.
FNTI_POINTSIZE
The
text string is an addition to the size combination box.
