Presentation parameter attribute identity. The following presentation parameters
are initialized by the slider control. The initial value of each is shown
in the following list:
PP_FOREGROUNDCOLOR or PP_FOREGROUNDCOLORINDEX
Item
foreground color; used when displaying text and bit maps. This color is
initialized to SYSCLR_WINDOWTEXT.
PP_BACKGROUNDCOLOR
or PP_BACKGROUNDCOLORINDEX
Slider background color;
used for entire control as the background. This color is initialized to
SYSCLR_WINDOW.
