Flag indicating whether to move siblings.

TRUE

All siblings of preccMove. that FOLLOW it (from its original location) move to the new parent as well. pRecordOrder applies if this flag is TRUE.
FALSE
Only preccMove itself moves to the new parent; all siblings remain with the old parent.
